The internet has been going wild over a viral video shared by a well-known surgeon on YouTube. The video showcases a jaw-dropping transformation of one of his clients.
Dr. Carl Truesdale, a double board-certified facial plastic surgeon based in Beverly Hills, California, uploaded the footage to his YouTube channel and Instagram account. Viewers have been amazed by how he managed to make one woman look decades younger.
In his YouTube bio, Dr. Truesdale writes: “My patients say they’ve entered the Truesdale Time Machine because they leave surgery looking 20 years younger, yet still look like themselves,”

When Dr. Truesdale asked his patient, “What are we doing today?” she replied with a detailed list of procedures: “I’m getting a deep planner face lift, deep planner neck lift, an upper blepharoplasty, a lower upper blepharoplasty, a skin pinch because I have excessive baggage and a brow lift and a chin implant, and fat transfer.”
At first, you might think that’s way too many procedures to handle in one go. Surely, the results couldn’t look natural after all that work, right? But surprisingly, the outcome was incredible.
